We build out a custom chat agent which was embedded on their website. The agent was trained on all the company knowledge and data including their parameters for providing a quote. The chat bot enabled customers to to receive an instant quote, . Concept Blinds would be notified via email that a client had requested a quote
Results
As a result of the chat agent, customers would receive an instant quote which ultimately increased the likelihood of a purchase being undertaken. This increased their sales by 12% ($9,000 p/m). Customers can get instant data about tracking their product, quoting, advance Q&A, etc.
